Member Information
According to Article 5 of the KDC Constitution:
- Full membership shall be open to all Kenyans, who commit themselves to abide by the KDC constitution and subscribe to
KDC’s mission statement.
- Associate membership shall be open to all persons who, not being Kenyans or of Kenyan descent, are friends of Kenya and
promise to abide by the KDC constitution and subscribe to KDC’s mission statement. Such members shall not be eligible
to contest for an elected office.
- A prospective member shall become a member upon signing the KDC membership agreement form, which will occasionally be
circulated on the Internet, or upon sending a request to be a member.
- An active member of the organization shall be one who:
- Attends the meetings of the KDC regularly or participates in KDC debates and affairs.
- Avails himself/herself to serve in different capacities as may become necessary.
- Has paid membership fees required under this Article.
- Membership fees shall be assessed and paid as may be required by the Executive Committee. Such fees shall be set and modified
on a regular basis at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

Benefits
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Our members are close friends and we have a great
time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.
