KDC members believe:

• That Kenyans are one people in their ethnic and religious diversity and that their destinies are inextricably bound with that of their motherland.
• That all Kenyans are equal irrespective of sex, class, national origin, religious background, race, physical disability, or ethnicity.
• That the challenges that face Kenyans, in Denver and Colorado, transcend any ethnic or regional interests, and that the KDC shall champion, and is committed to the cause of all Kenyans in Denver and in Colorado in General.
